Cholesterol In My Whey Protein Supplement?
Why is their so much cholesterol in all whey supplements? This are supposed to be for people who work out and do cardio/weight training. But who wants to eat all this cholesterol?
A: Is is good or bad cholesterol
B: Is there a better POWDER?

Am I Taking The Right Body Building Supplements To Put On Lean Body Mass And Get Toned?
I’ve been training for about four – five months now and have gone from weighing 67kgs to 75kgs. My gains have been very slow and I’m at the point where I’d like to pick up another 5kgs while at the same time start “cutting” to see more definition (at the moment I’m not defined, which is somewhat frustrating).
Due to time constraints I train three times a week (pure weight training), and don’t do cardio (as you can tell I have a fast metabolism). My supplementation thus far has been the Reflex Nutrition (from the UK) line of products, which includes:
Reflex Instant Whey (first thing in the morning, before and after training, and mid afternoon)
Reflex Creapure Creatine Powder (in the morning or on training days before gym)
Reflex L Glutamine (three times a day)
Multi vitamin (in the morning)
Reflex BCAAs (before and after training sessions)
I also take:
A slow release whey/casien protein blend in the evenings before bed
6000mg of CLA
450mg of green tea extract
I’m at the point where I need to restock on my supplements, and I’d like to know whether (a) I should stick to Reflex and (b) if there’s anything else I should be taking.
At the moment the options I’ve researched should I want to change my current products include:
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard
Optimum Nutrition Glutamine Powder
BSN N.O. Xplode or Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump (not really sure if this is worth it for my instance?)
Optimum Nutrition ZMA
Either ON Casein or BSN True Mass (not to sure if I need these)
My current CLA and green tea supplements
The alternative is to stick with my current Reflex routine and just add their Progen meal replacement formula and Zinc Matrix pills to the mix.
I would really appreciate some advice here.
Thanks!

Protein Supplements
Even those who are not familiar with the world of professional athletes and weight training are aware of the higher need of lots of protein in the diet of someone who is trying to build healthy muscle. So nobody should confuse the very common activity of supplementing diet with protein drinks or supplements with some of the unethical and unacceptable performance enhancing drugs that have gotten even some of our finest athletes in trouble.

Is There An Ideal Time To Take Your Supplements?
I get up at 5.45 am, take my Omega Complex and CLA supplements right after i shower and wash it down with green tea. Then i go to the gym for 1 hour cardio and 1 hour weight training. Go back home, have breakfast and go to swim 3 miles. Is this the correct order to do things?

If you follow the coverage of major sporting events, you know of the bad publicity that performance enhancing supplements have gotten because a few athletes have excelled while using steroids or other drugs that are dangerous and illegal to the sport. The images of gold metal winners at the Olympics being stripped of their awards or record breaking baseball players being disgraced because performance enhancing drugs robbed them of their glory are just heartbreaking.
