Is It Ok For An Overwight Person To Take Protein Supplements?
I’m 5′5”, weight 180 pounds and is 40 pounds overweight. I have been working out for about 3-4 months by doing cardio and lifting light weights. I have lost 30 pounds (from 210lbs). I recently started taking whey protein supplements along wight a healthy diet. Is this ok for me?
